Georgian Football Federation President Levan Kobiashvili received GEL 278,402 in salary income from the federation in 2025, according to the property declaration filed by his wife, Tamar Tsuleiskiri, who is the head of the European Affairs Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The declaration shows that Kobiashvili received two payments from the Football Federation during the year — GEL 169,209 and GEL 109,193 — totaling GEL 278,402, which equals about GEL 23,200 per month. Tsuleiskiri received GEL 86,366 in 2025 from positions at the NATO and EU Information Center and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The family owns several properties in Georgia and Germany, including apartments in Tbilisi and Bakuriani, a 91.3 sq.m apartment in Berlin, and a 780 sq.m land plot in Berlin with a 350 sq.m residential house, owned jointly on a 50/50 basis. The declaration also lists land plots in Tskneti and Bakuriani.
Tsuleiskiri owns a 2013 Mercedes-Benz purchased in 2020 for €190,000. The family also declared cash holdings, including €30,000 and GEL 12,000 belonging to Kobiashvili, and €22,000 and $15,000 belonging to Tsuleiskiri. In addition, Tsuleiskiri received $24,000 in rental income from a Tbilisi apartment, while Kobiashvili continues servicing two loans with Basisbank totaling €189,000 and GEL 390,000.
