As a result of October 26 trading, the Georgian national currency Lari (GEL) depreciated against the US dollar (USD). The change in the exchange rate against the greenback was 0.98 tetri, as a result of which the official value of the dollar became 2.7821 GEL.
According to the National Bank of Georgia (NBG), the national currency depreciated 5.45 tetri against the euro (EUR), as a result of which the official value of one euro became 2.7874 GEL.
The 7.73-tetri drop is against the British pound sterling (GBP), the price of which has become 3.2178 GEL.
Georgia's national currency fell by 0.05 tetri against Turkish lira (TRY). Exchange rate for tomorrow is 14.95 tetri.
The rates obtained as a result of today's trading will take effect from tomorrow, October 27.
