Businessman Lasha Papashvili has confirmed that the Ministry of Finance's Investigation Service conducted a raid on several tenant companies operating in the Tabidze Business Center, part of the Redix Group portfolio.
As Papashvili told BMG, the investigative action affected three companies: Magic Roads Georgia, Albion Soft, and Vivo Group International. He emphasized that these entities are tenants of Redix Group, and the company’s relationship with them is limited to lease agreements.
“According to our information, their equipment was confiscated and employees were taken for questioning,” Papashvili said. “The information circulated in the media about a raid on BOS SELF is false.”
He stressed that the companies in question had always met their obligations:
“We have never observed any suspicious activity on their part. On the contrary, they have been consistent in following business center regulations and fulfilling their financial commitments.”
Papashvili also highlighted that Redix Group manages approximately 35,000 m² of business space across Tbilisi and other regions, with hundreds of tenants under its management.
“We cannot and will not interfere in the details of their operations. We hope that everything will be resolved positively and the companies will resume normal operations soon,” he added.
The Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance confirmed to BMG that it had carried out operative and investigative actions related to so-called call centers, but declined to disclose the specific companies or business centers involved.
