GD Economy Minister Levan Davitashvili and the representatives of the mission of the International Monetary Fund on Wednesday discussed the main directions of the country’s economic policy and ongoing reforms.
The parties also reviewed economic indicators, the current outlook, and the Georgian Government’s plans for economic growth and implementation of structural reforms, the Economy Ministry said.
The meeting highlighted important directions in the energy, transport, and communications sectors, including the development of Georgia as a transit hub and the projects that the Government is actively working on in this regard.
