"Lisi Development" introduced new resort project "Buknari" to the real estate agencies operating in Adjara region. Representatives of local and international companies attended the event.
The participants also visited the ongoing construction works in Buknari and got acquainted with the details of the project on the spot.
"Buknari" is only a 7-minute drive from Batumi, located directly along the Black Sea coast, it has a unique location, where sea and mountain air are harmoniously combined.
The company "Lisi Development" owns a land area of 9 ha in Buknari, the development of which will be carried out gradually, taking into account the low number of floors and density.
The first phase of the project includes a hotel and apartment complex, as well as an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a sports ground.
The investment cost of the first phase of the project is USD 20 million and the completion is planned late in 2025.
Hotel-style investment apartments come with turn-key conditions, including full renovation, furniture, kitchen and accessories.
The project provides hotel standard rooms from 35 sq/m to 70 sq/m. Each apartment has a sea and mountain view.
The general plan and architecture of the resort area have been prepared in cooperation with "Lisi Development" and British architectural studios.
