The Government of Georgia announced a new wave of privatization and brought 150 properties worth 300 million GEL. Of which 109 properties worth of 60 million GEL were sold by the government this year.
The most expensive lot - the so-called Rikis Dokebi remained unsold, which initial price amounted to 71.2 million GEL.
In fact, price of the most expensive object among the sold properties was 5.25 million GEL. According to the National Agency for State Property, the initial price for the objects put up for sale was 43,798,300 GEL, and as a result of the auctions, the sale price of these objects increased by 16,777,200 GEL to 60,575,500 GEL.
