LLC Rancho Gardabani plans to produce cheese and ayran. The company's lawyer, Armaz Khardziani, spoke to BM.GE about this.
According to him, the company has already built a building and also purchased a cheese and ayran production machine. According to Khardziani, the company invested 140,000 GEL to build the building, and 75,000 EUR to provide the equipment.
"We bought a cheese and ayran production machine. However, at the first stage, we plan to produce ayran, because we have other ideas about cheese. We are going to produce Sulguni using Svanian technology. At this stage, re-equipment is needed to turn the enterprise into a factory. Production will be launched in the spring," said Armaz Khardziani.
According to the lawyer of Rancho Gardabani, negotiations are currently underway with the company Nikora and it is likely that after reaching an agreement, their products will be sold in the chain market.
Rancho Gardabani LLC has a Dutch cattle farm in Gardabani for three years. The farm currently produces up to 800 liters of milk per day. This year, it plans to increase its productivity to 2.5 tons.
