International forwarding company Logistics Solutions, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2026, is significantly expanding its global footprint. The company plans to enter three new strategic markets: the United States, Uzbekistan, and the United Arab Emirates, as part of its growth strategy for the year.

Founder Irakli Tsankashvili discussed the company’s upcoming plans on BMGTV’s program Tsertili, outlining the motivations behind each new market entry and giving insight into the company’s broader vision.

According to Tsankashvili, Uzbekistan’s surge of large-scale investments and development projects makes it a high-potential market.

“The main motivator for entering the Uzbek market is the number of major projects underway. Significant investments mean significant volumes of cargo, both imports and exports, and we don’t want all of that to happen without us,” he said.

“We are currently in the process of registering a company in Tashkent,” - he added.

With Uzbekistan becoming one of Central Asia’s most dynamic economies, Logistics Solutions aims to position itself as a key logistics player in the region.

In the United States, the company’s strategy is closely tied to the oil and gas industry, with a particular focus on Houston, one of the sector’s global hubs.

“We are focused on serving our clients from the oil and gas industry in the U.S. market. Many cargo shipments originate in America, and Houston is home to the head offices of major companies in this field. That is why we have already begun operating there,” Tsankashvili explained.

Logistics Solutions is also strengthening its presence in the Middle East by opening a regional office in the United Arab Emirates. The move seeks to optimize the company’s growing involvement in complex logistics projects across the Middle East and Africa.

“We decided to open a regional office in the UAE due to rising demand for complex logistics projects in the Middle East and Africa. Managing this region from Dubai is the most optimal solution,” Tsankashvili noted.

Another major development planned for this year is the company’s entry into the management of a logistics terminal in Poti, one of Georgia’s key maritime gateways.

“The Poti terminal is a strategic step for our development. I cannot disclose details yet, as negotiations are in their final stage,” Tsankashvili said.

Already active on four continents, Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa, Logistics Solutions reports strong results for 2025 and a highly active start to 2026.

The past year brought several milestone projects, particularly along Central Asian routes via Georgia.

“In 2025, we executed major projects in Central Asia through Georgia. Some cargoes were so large that transporting them seemed almost impossible, yet our engineering team made it happen. This is one of our key competitive advantages, our ability to plan and deliver transportation of technically complex, non-standard, and high-risk cargo,” Tsankashvili noted.

He added that 2026 has begun with significant momentum:

  • The German branch is providing full logistics services for an LNG plant under construction near Hamburg.
  • The Kazakhstan office is coordinating the delivery of transformers and a voltage reactor.
  • A new contract is being launched in Africa.
  • The company is participating in major tenders in the Caspian region and Central Asia.

In an interview with Tsertili, Tsankashvili reiterated the importance of improving Georgia’s infrastructure to maintain the competitiveness of the Middle Corridor, a transit route that has gained strategic importance due to ongoing sanctions on Russia.

“With European cargo unable to transit through Russia, the Georgian route has become increasingly relevant. Demand for the Middle Corridor will continue to grow, and it is essential that the country’s infrastructure develops rapidly so we can handle the increased volume,” he emphasized.
