The process of expansion of Lopota Hotel, which the company is implementing in cooperation with the Partnership Fund, at the completion stage, - Giorgi Danelia, Director of Investment Department of the Fund, informed BM.ge. According to him, the project envisages construction of 70 new rooms to the Lopota Complex and development of Chateau, restaurants and other infrastructure.
“The construction process is already at the conclusion stage and will be completed before the end of the year. Lopota has been extremely popular with both local and international visitors and the demand is quite big. That is why it was decided to further develop the complex. Total investment made for the project is over 5 mln USD. Partnership Funs is participating to the capital in accordance with its investment mandate,” – stated Giorgi Danelia.
Partnership Fund signed the Partnership Agreement on expansion of the complex with Lopota Investment, Ltd. in May 2017.
