Lopota Spa Resort is expanding with a new events hall, with construction expected to begin in about a month, CEO Giorgi Kevanishvili told BMG. The project has been designed by a team of Georgian and international architects and designers.
The total investment is estimated at $6.5 million. The new venue will have a capacity of 750–800 people and is expected to expand the resort’s event and conference offerings.
Lopota Spa Resort is one of Georgia’s prominent hospitality complexes, located around Lake Lopota in Kakheti on a 60-hectare site.
The resort currently features 311 hotel rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants, conference facilities, as well as sports, adventure and entertainment spaces.
