Developer m² is entering a new phase following a change in ownership, announcing six large-scale projects in Tbilisi with a combined investment of around GEL 2 billion. The developments will cover 30 hectares and include up to 10,000 residential units.
m² CEO and partner Dimitri Adamia said the company is undergoing operational and structural changes while expanding its team. The new projects will follow m²’s “a home comes with a whole neighborhood” concept, focusing on integrated urban communities with residential, commercial, recreational, sports, educational and other services.
The largest projects include a 6.3-hectare development in Didi Digomi with six residential towers and a planned 60,000-square-meter shopping center, as well as a 15-hectare project in Varketili. Other developments are planned on the former Elmavalmshenebeli factory site on Guramishvili Avenue, in Saburtalo, near King David on Merab Aleksidze Street, and in Mukhiani, where construction has already begun.
Adamia said the company also plans a major project in Batumi featuring two towers and a shopping center under an international brand, as well as expansion into foreign markets. m², which has operated for 18 years, currently has 14 completed and three ongoing projects; its new owner is Trust Holding, registered in April 2026.
