Majority of dwellings (76.7%) in Georgia were constructed in 1951-1990. In urban area, 77.9% of total dwellings were constructed during above mentioned period and 74.9% - in rural area. The second place in the structure takes the dwellings, constructed until 1950, with approximately 12.0% share both in urban and rural areas. The dwellings constructed after 2011 are represented by insignifi cant share of the structure (approximately 2.0%).
