McDonald's Georgia and Coca-Cola will pay a total of GEL 61 million in salaries to the employees this year, - Temur Chkhonia, the founder of "Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia", stated this in an interview with BMG.
The businessman says that the development of business in Georgia in recent years meets the modern requirements as a result of the great involvement of young people. According to the head of the company, the company tries to motivate young people, as 80% of the employees are young in McDonald's Georgia and Coca-Cola.
Temur Chkhonia believes that the GEL 61 million given annually as salary is a good number, and this amount works in a complex way to motivate young people, as well as to develop the company and the country.
"It turned out that both companies spend GEL 61 million as salaries per year. The salary fund amounts to GEL 61 million - I think this is not a small number. This is thanks to young people, good specialists, it is also a matter of maintaining personnel so that migration does not happen, this also contributes to the development of the country", Chkhonia said.
The company's development plan and budget for the next 2024-2025 years have already been drawn up, and according to Temur Chkonia, the wages of employees will increase by 10% next year, which means that the wage fund will be GEL 67 million.
