The Georgian development company Metropol has unveiled its investment plans for 2026. Mamuka Imedashvili, Deputy Director of the company, told BM.GE that the firm intends to invest approximately $100 million next year.
“2025 was not an easy year, but despite the challenges, we are closing it successfully. Compared to the previous year, growth reached around 20-25%. The last quarter was particularly stable compared to the first three. In 2026, depending on various factors, we plan to implement investments up to $100 million and are fully prepared for this,” said Imedashvili.
The company is actively planning new projects in central districts of Tbilisi, including Vera, Vake, and Saburtalo, focusing on premium residential developments.
“For us, architecture and the appearance of projects are especially important, as implementing developments in the city center carries greater responsibility. We are considering involving architects with international experience to ensure Metropoli delivers distinctive, attractive designs for both locals and international visitors,” added the deputy director.
