The government is announcing the launch of a new program for families with a budget of more than 350 million GEL.
Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili stated about it during the presentation of the annual report in the Parliament.
"We are not only focused on the business support and we are launching a new program to assist families in the purchase of housing. In particular, large families, as well as families who will have a new child, will be able to benefit from mortgage subsidies to improve their living conditions.
More than 300 million GEL will be mobilized to ensure this initiative in 2021-2020,” said the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister's initiative was followed by applause in the Parliament.
