Georgian Dream MP Vakhtang Turnava has disclosed significant wealth in his newly submitted asset declaration, including large sums of cash, cryptocurrency holdings, and a luxury watch collection worth over EUR 150,000.
Turnava entered Parliament following the 2024 elections, transitioning from a successful career in the IT sector, where he headed the company “Swift,” later acquired by Spain’s Making Science Group.
According to the declaration, Turnava owns two residential apartments and four garages located on Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi:
One apartment, 61.8 sq m, was purchased in 2024 for USD 190,000.
The second apartment, 83.6 sq m, was purchased in 2021 for USD 125,000.
Turnava holds EUR 430,000 in cash and possesses 13 Bitcoins, valued at over USD 1.3 million at current market rates. He also owns 52,000 shares in Making Science Group SA, worth more than EUR 481,000.
His declaration lists seven high-end watches, with a combined value exceeding EUR 150,000:

The MP has issued personal loans totaling EUR 87,000 and USD 20,000. He previously held shares in several limited liability companies (LLCs), though he reported no income from them as of 2024.
Since entering Parliament, Turnava reported a salary income of GEL 4,778 in 2024.
The declaration highlights the extensive wealth Turnava accumulated prior to his political career and underscores the financial transparency now required of public officials in Georgia.
