A modern multi-functional leisure and services complex has opened in Ivertubani near the Tbilisi Sea, bringing together a Wissol gas station, Smart market, Wendy’s, Dunkin’, Subway restaurants, and Amboli auto service center in one location.
The project, developed by MP Development, aims to create a unified ecosystem where travelers can access fuel, food, retail, and vehicle services in a single stop. The companies say the concept reflects a shift toward integrated urban infrastructure and improved customer convenience.
According to Wissol Group President Soso Pkhakadze, the goal is to combine international standards with digital solutions to deliver faster and more comfortable services. He added that such developments contribute to both economic growth and improved quality of life.
The complex employed around 60 people, with total investment reaching GEL 10 million. Wissol, which operates around 150 service locations across Georgia, said the project is part of its broader strategy to build a modern mobility ecosystem nationwide.
