Napoli Pizzeria Reports Rising Demand as Weekend Occupancy Reaches 80%

Napoli, a Neapolitan-style pizzeria located on Marjanishvili Street in Tbilisi, says customer demand has increased compared with last year, with the venue maintaining consistently high occupancy levels. Founder Mamuka Kiladze told BM.GE that average occupancy stands at around 50%, rising to 70–80% during peak periods on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

According to Kiladze, the share of customers dining on-site has grown in recent months, while demand for delivery services has gradually declined. He attributed the trend to consumers increasingly preferring to enjoy the product at the restaurant, where its quality is best preserved.

The pizzeria experiences its highest traffic during evening hours on weekends, when the venue often reaches full capacity several times throughout the day. Napoli can currently accommodate around 80 guests at once following an expansion project completed last year, which included the addition of a bar area and upgrades to the premises.

Kiladze said more than 90% of Napoli’s customers are local residents, while the remaining visitors are foreign guests, including travelers from India, Arab countries, and Ukraine. Established in Tbilisi five years ago, the company plans to open a second location later this year.
