“The seizure applies not to all funds in Lelo Georgia’s accounts, but only to the amount specified in the enforcement order, which does not exceed GEL 1,500,” states the National Bureau of Enforcement in a statement.
The agency explains that all actions by enforcement officers are driven by upholding the principle of justice and conducting effective enforcement proceedings.
“Due to high public interest, we clarify that forced enforcement proceedings are underway against Lelo Georgia based on an enforcement order issued by the court. The obligation to be enforced consists of state fees and administrative fines. It should be noted that the seizure applies only to the amount specified in the enforcement order, not to the entire funds in the accounts, and this amount does not exceed GEL 1,500.
The National Bureau of Enforcement operates under Georgia’s Law on Enforcement Proceedings, and all actions by enforcement officers are driven by upholding the principle of justice and conducting effective enforcement proceedings,” the statement reads.
Today, Lelo-Strong Georgia announced that the National Bureau of Enforcement had frozen the party’s accounts.
