A new Georgian brand, Mirellè, has launched on the local market, offering handmade organic cosmetics. The founders, Natalia Melkadze and Marika Bakhtadze, shared their story on BMGTV’s Women’s Narrative.
Originally creating products for personal use, the duo turned their passion into a business after receiving support from a funding program earlier this year. Mirellè currently offers natural soaps and perfumes, with plans to expand into medicinal skincare, including acne treatments, anti-hair loss shampoos, and body care products.
“We use Georgia’s rich variety of medicinal plants and combine traditional recipes with modern technology,” said Melkadze.
“All our ingredients are natural, locally sourced, and chemical-free,” added Bakhtadze.
The brand operates mainly via social media and custom orders, with products available across Tskaltubo. Looking ahead, Mirellè plans to collaborate with hotels and spas, and eventually open a space for masterclasses to share their knowledge of natural cosmetics.
