ბერლინი

A new Georgian restaurant named "Stumari" opened in Berlin's historic and picturesque Schoenberg district.

"Stumari" embraces the concept and slogan, "Be our guest," offering customers a Georgian ambiance and a wide selection of traditional Georgian dishes. The restaurant also aims to promote the Georgian language and script.

Georgian cuisine is already well-known in Germany, particularly in Berlin, but the goal of "Stumari" is to introduce Georgian culture more broadly and deeply, showcasing the unique flavors of Georgian dishes to each guest. "We were honored to have Georgian chef Mr. Levan Kobiashvili, who provided recommendations and a master class as our first honored guest," said co-founder Giorgi Robakidze.

"While Georgian cuisine is not new to Berlin and there are many great Georgian restaurants here, what makes 'Stumari' unique is our ability to provide a warm and peaceful environment where guests can enjoy authentic Georgian dishes. Our team is dedicated to educating each guest about Georgian cuisine and sharing the unique tradition of Georgian hospitality," Robakidze added.

The interior of "Stumari" accommodates 45 guests, with an outdoor seating area for an additional 25 people. As for pricing, Robakidze noted that the restaurant's menu is tailored to the local market, with dinners ranging from 25 to 35 euros per person.
