The Bank of Georgia continues to support regional development and tourism with the opening of a new hotel, “ Agarani Estate”, in the village of Ruispiri, Kakheti.

The project, valued at USD 6 million, received USD 2 million in investment from the bank, which was allocated for construction and renovation. The hotel is located adjacent to the summer residence of Erekle II and features 56 rooms, a library, swimming pool, lounges, veranda, restaurant, and various conference and event spaces.

“The hotel is situated on the edge of a forest, 800 meters above sea level, with a naturally cool summer climate. The 1.5-hectare property includes the hotel and vineyard, while villas with room service will be built on an additional 6.5 hectares in the future. With its breathtaking views of the Caucasus, we expect it to attract both international and local guests,” said Giorgi Kochladze, Director of Agarani Mamuli.

Lali Kelauradze, Deputy Director of the Corporate Client Services Department of the Bank of Georgia, noted, “The Bank of Georgia has long supported the hospitality sector and regional tourism development. We are pleased to see another unique hotel added to Kakheti and will continue our efforts to strengthen partner businesses.”
