A new multifunctional mall will be developed on the 43,100 m² site currently occupied by the Goodwill hypermarket in Didi Digomi, Tbilisi. The project is being implemented by Autograph Mall, which now officially owns the land.
The future shopping center will span approximately 60,000 m². According to the business registry, Autograph Mall was founded in February 2023 and is owned by a consortium of three companies:
- Apco Development (50% ownership), a subsidiary of Finvest Georgia
- Blox Didi Digomi (25%), owned by real estate firm Blox
- Construction Investments in Digomi(25%), owned by Autograph Goodwill
As for the current operator of the land, Goodwill, the company has not yet released its 2024 financial results. In 2023, the supermarket and hypermarket chain generated 185.6 million GEL in revenue, with a profit of 4.3 million GEL. Goodwill is owned by Georgian businesswoman Irina Kosashvili.
The development signals a major commercial upgrade in Didi Digomi, expected to attract new retailers, brands, and investment to the area.
