TBC Capital published a new report. According to the report, new mortgage issuance weakened, following sharp increase in March.
The value of new mortgages issued decreased by -22.8% in the period of 1-27 April , compared to 2019 – TBC Capital reports.
In addition, Tbilisi’s residential real estate transactions displayed an 9.2% increase in the period of 1-22 April, relative to 2019.
