A construction of the Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences has begun. The complex is located within a 15-minute drive from Tbilisi and will be a comprehensive housing complex consisting 331 hectares. 54 apartments and 8 Townhouses will be built by the project, which, upon its completion, can house 3000 households.
110 hectares of the territory is allocated to the golf-complex which complies with the European standards and can host international tournaments. In order to build the necessary infrastructure for a golf club, the investor already put 33 million Euros into the project. Overall, the project ‘Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences’ is worth 1 billion euros.
