A new restaurant Epocha is opened in Kutaisi at 4 Rustaveli Street with an investment of about GEL 100,000, which offers guests Georgian traditional dishes with European serving.
As Maka Gabarashvili, director of Epocha declares, there are 10 tables in the restaurant and it is possible to host a total of 60 guests at the same time. According to her, the restaurant employs 12 people.
"We will treat guests with Georgian dishes and offer European service. The restaurant also has old restored recipes. As for operating during the pandemic, our restaurant is in line with the regulations, we do not hold weddings and big planned events, so if the epidemiological situation is not worsened, acting regulations do not hamper us. Our future plan is to expand, we have a second space and the number of tables will grow from 10 to 25," - said the director of Epocha.
