"GT Motors" laid the foundation for the construction of the newest, eco-friendly, European-standard showroom for BMW and MINI, the investment of which amounts to GEL 20 million.
The president of the Eastern Europe and Africa region of BMW Group, Paul de Coghtois attended the event.
The project is being implemented in accordance with the requirements of BMW's completely new standard Retail.Next, which means creating maximum comfort for customers. The showroom will feature several lounges, a bar and private spaces.
The new building will be constructed on a total land area of 8,806 square meters, which will also include indoor green spaces, additional parking facilities and a gym specifically for employees.
The Georgian architectural company DEPHANI is working on the project together with BMW's German architects. According to the latest standards, solar panels and environmentally friendly materials will be used in the construction. The building will also comply with LEED Silver certification requirements.
It should be noted that "GT Motors" became the winner of the BMW President's Award for the first year of operation among 44 countries.
2024 turned out to be very successful for GT Motors, in June the first BMW M Experience was held in Georgia under the organization of the company. The guests had the opportunity to test unique M cars.
GT Motors hosted more than 3,000 persons at the BMW M Experience, which is a unique and largest precedent in the Georgian auto industry.
A new BMW and MINI showroom will be built at Davit Agmashenebeli alley.
