A new tourist facility "Chalet Kvirike" is preparing to receive guests in the village of Kvirike, Kobuleti municipality. Paata Dumbadze, General Director of "Chateau Kvirike" notes that the project is fully unique, as the facility is located in the Kvirike mountains at 1050 meters above the sea level and 12 km away from the sea.

According to Dumbadze, GEL 20 million was invested in the facility, of which 5 million was co-financed by the Enterprise Georgia. As the director of "Chalet Kvirike" notes, the tourist space is intended for both local and foreign tourists.

"We calculated the project equally for both segments. As you know, the Adjara region is a very popular tourist area, and we are not only proud of the sea, we also have mountains to be proud of. Kvirike mountain is one of them, which should be enjoyed by both local residents and foreign tourists", says Paata Dumbadze.

The tourist facility has 80-100% load in July-August. "Chalet Kvirike" has in-advance bookings for September-October.

"Chateau Kvirike" combines the main hotel building, 15 themed cottages, a private villa, a restaurant, a conference space, a vineyard and a wine cellar. The complex is built on 6 hectares and was opened a few years ago.
