515,280 foreigners arrived in Azerbaijan in January-September this year, 25% less than in the same period last year (686,303 in 2020) the data of the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication revealed.
In September, 72,686 foreigners visited Azerbaijan, while this figure was 36,531 people in the same month the previous year (an increase of 99%), Report informs.
In September, most of the foreigners came to Azerbaijan from Turkey (20,186 people), Russia (18,967), Iran (16,270), Georgia (5,503), and Ukraine (1,270).
