Mamuka Shurghaia, director of the Real Estate of "Silk Road" says, the number of visitors to the Tsinandli Real Estate has increased almost 10 folds over the last 20 years.
Mamuka Shurghaia noted that after the implementation of investment projects in the historical estate of Tsinandli, interest has increased and the group is not going to stop at the existing projects.
"Tsinandali is what it is today thanks to Giorgi Ramishvili. Almost 20 years have passed since the "Silk Road Group" took over the management of Tsinandli Real Estate and the Museum. If around 10,000 people visited the estate during the year, today this number has exceeded 100,000. We think this is just the beginning.
During this period, we built the 5-star Radisson Collection hotel, which is a symbol of the region's success, we started building villas, and we have many more ideas. We make wine in the Chavchavadze estate and have revived the vineyards. We are very proud of this.
After the opening of the hotel, the pandemic started very quickly and we think that Radisson Collection has not yet shown its potential, so we are very much looking forward to 2023", said Mamuka Shurghaia.
Shurgaia also spoke about the new project started in the Tsinandli estate. As he mentioned, the first villa is a model of the project, and the company handed it over to Radisson Collection for management.
It is planned to build 22 villas in the Tsinandli Real Estate, which the owners will hand over to the hotel for management in case of interest.
