Oktopus Fitness Club has introduced its own nutritional supplement brand, Oktopus Nutrition, marking a new stage in the company’s development. Managing Partner Giorgi Asatiani told BM.GE that the new line is part of the gym’s long-term strategy, and its first product—a branded protein powder—is already available on the market.
According to Asatiani, the protein powder is produced in Germany according to European standards, as no comparable manufacturing facility exists in Georgia. The product meets all IFS certifications, and early customer feedback has been very positive.
The company plans to expand the line in the second quarter by adding creatine. Currently, Oktopus Nutrition products are sold in Oktopus Fitness Club branches and on Extra.ge, with negotiations underway to enter major retail chains. Asatiani noted that demand has exceeded expectations, so the company is moving cautiously to avoid supply shortages.
“Our goal is to offer products that meet modern European quality standards while remaining affordable for the Georgian market,” he said. The protein powder is priced at 145 GEL on the company’s official website.
