Orbi Group bought land area of 12,588 square m in Bakhmaro for 2,543,000 GEL. The public auction, held by the National Property Agency, is completed and only Orbi Group has participated.
According to the privatization terms, the buyer must operate a 35-room hotel with no less than 36 months after the contract is concluded. In addition, the hotel will have to invest at least 3 million GEL.
Moreover, the company must employ at least 15 people within 2 months for 2 years after launching the hotel.
