The former prosecutor general of Georgia and US-sanctioned Otar Partskhaladze transferred part of his property, 12 real estates, to his son, Anzor Partskhaladze.
Documents on the registration of ownership rights can be found on the unified portal of electronic services and are dated September 20. Among the properties given by Partskhaladze to his son are rooms in hotel complexes, plots of land, apartments and commercial premises in Tbilisi.
According to the information posted on the portal, Otar Partskhaladze paid 350 GEL for the accelerated procedure for each real estate.
More specifically, the former prosecutor general gave the following real estate to his son: agricultural land in Tabakhmela, Tsavkisi village - 2058.00 square meters; Agricultural land in Tabakhmela, Tsavkisi village - 1030.00 square meters; Agricultural land in Tabakhmela, Tsavkisi village - 1001 square meters; Apartment at the hotel complex on Didveli in Bakuriani - 25.28 square meters; Apartment at the hotel complex on Didveli Street in Bakuriani - 26.04 square meters; Commercial space in Vake, Paliashvili Street - 143.25 square meters; Commercial space in Vake, Paliashvili street - 336.24 square meters; Commercial space in Vake, Kipshidze Street - 101.31 square meters; Commercial space in in Vake, Kipishidze Street - 204.16 square meters; Apartment on Saburtalo Mgaloblishvili Street (under construction) - 77.51 square meters; Apartment on Saburtalo, Kostava Street; Apartment in Saburtalo, Kostava Street - 38 square meters.
