This year, the agro-tourism facility "Otia's Ezo" plans to increase the production of craft beer by 400%. Otia Ioseliani, the founder of the facility told BM.GE.
According to him, they plan a significant increase in production with new equipment. In addition, the company changed the power capacities and rearranged the internal electrical system.
"The main part of craft beer is sold in Kutaisi, but it is also sold in Tbilisi, in several beer shops. In addition, our goal is to sell and taste the products we produce on the spot.
As for the hotel, which we planned to open last year, it will be opened in the spring of this year. Hotel "Otia's Ezo" will be located in the territory and includes 2 cottages. It will be possible to host 8 people in the hotel, and a total of EUR 30,000 has already been invested in the project," says Ioseliani.
In addition, a cellar was built on the territory of the agro-tourist facility, in which approximately GEL 50,000-60,000 was invested. Currently, cosmetic renovation is underway in the wine cellar and it is planned to use it as a tasting and wine-making space.
"Otia's Ezo" was founded in 2015 in the house museum of the Georgian writer Otia Ioseliani by his family members.
