Rati Dzeria, head of Easy Charter declares that 2021 is a successful year for the company. According to the director of the air company, their cargo flights are fully booked by the end of January.
"To summarize the first10 months of 2021, I think it turned out quite a successful year, despite the fact that we did a lot of difficult technical work. With this in mind, we think it will still be a very successful year. Due to the closure of the main direction, we had adjusted to new markets. I think we have managed this quite successfully. Proof of this is that our cargo flights are fully booked by the end of January and we have practically no free day. As for the financial result, despite the technical issues and waiting period, we still will have a successful year, better than 2020," Dzeria said.
Asked whether the company intends to add aircraft, the director of Easy Charter says that during the pandemic the demand for cargo planes has increased, which makes it difficult to buy it.
"It was initially planned to add another aircraft in the near future after the launch of the company, but the pandemic and increased demand for air freight also increased the demand for cargo aircraft. This has made it very difficult to buy that type of aircraft we want for the future. We have not stopped working on this for a minute, we are already negotiating and hopefully, we will complete it successfully. Buying a plane is not a short-term process and can take several months. Let's wait until 2022 and I deeply hope, that then we will talk about the expanded fleet," Dzeria said.
