Ivane Mindorashvili, the founder of the tourist facility "Datviani Ranch" declares, that the tourist facility continues to work in an active mode throughout the season, even though the cottage refuses to host Russian guests.
The facility has been operating on the market for the third year and is located in Tskvarichamia, near the zoological center.
Mindorashvili told BM.GE that the demand for cottages has increased compared to last year and the load rate totals to 80%.
According to him, the object has mainly local visitors, but they also have guests from the EU countries, the Czech Republic, Germany and Eastern countries.
"There are two cottages on our site. 1 cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, although it is mainly designed for 2 people. We offer cottages and pool service to our customers. We made the pool this year and invested about GEL 30,000 in it. Shortly, we are adding an orangery, in which we plan to invest GEL 10,000.
The price of 1 cottage per night: from Monday to Thursday amounts to 200 GEL, while from Friday to Sunday - GEL 250. According to the founder of the facility, at this stage, a total of three people are employed and there are no plans to add new staff.
