Company "European Village" carries out the construction of the first all-inclusive resort in Georgia, namely in Batumi. International hotel operator company Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, in partnership with the Gergian company "European Village", will manage the international hotel chain Wyndham Grand Residences in Gonio.
As the General Director of European Village, Archil Partenadze, notes, cooperation with the global company has created the opportunity to receive maximum investment income from the project. He spoke about this on the air of BMGTV.
"European Village, is a holding company that contains 4 different firms, building hotel-type apartments and villas in Gonio. Some of them are in the process of building, and some are finished.
Our partnership with Aimbridge created a foundation and model for our company, which made maximum investment return possible. I want to thank the big team of Aimbridge for the trust, for sharing their expertise, and I want to wish them good luck", - Archil Phartenadze, CEO of European Village said.
Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio combines several hotels on the Black Sea coast. Among them are: Wyndham Grand Residences Aqua Batumi Gonio; Wyndham Grand Residences Family Club Batumi Gonio; Wyndham Grand Residences Riviera Batumi Gonio.
The construction of this hotel complex has already begun, and the completion of the project is expected this year. The hotel complex is developing the Luxury direction in Georgia and will offer All Inclusive and Ultra All Inclusive services to the premium segment.
Aimbridge has signed its first agreement with the hotel chain in the field of technical services back in 2022, after which it opened its own representative office in Batumi, which allows the company to strengthen its position in the region.
