Based on the results of the 2026 Unified National Examinations, 34,150 applicants earned the right to study at higher and vocational educational institutions.
The National Assessment and Examinations Center (NAEC) published the admissions data for higher and vocational educational institutions:Bachelor's Degree Level: 29,481 applicants were admitted. Of these, 17,862 students were enrolled in state-founded higher education institutions, while 11,619 students were admitted to private higher education institutions.
Vocational Programs: 3,141 applicants earned the right to continue their studies in vocational programs (1,322 in state vocational colleges and 1,819 in private vocational colleges).Georgian Language Preparation Program: 1,528 examinees were enrolled (1,495 in state higher education institutions and 33 in private higher education institutions).
The National Assessment and Examinations Center announced that to check whether they have earned admission to a specific educational program, applicants should visit online.naec.ge and enter their personal identification number and password in the appropriate fields.
"We remind you that within the framework of the higher education reform, applicants this year were given the opportunity to select vocational educational programs alongside their preferred number of higher education programs. Furthermore, the state fully funds all applicants who earned admission to state-founded higher and vocational educational institutions. The National Assessment and Examinations Center reminds applicants to contact the specific higher educational institution where they earned admission in order to sign their contracts," the agency stated.
Over 43,000 applicants registered for the Unified National Examinations this year.
