The management of Paragraph Shekvetil declares, that the hotel occupancy rate is almost back to 2019 levels.
As Elene Sharikadze, General Manager of the hotel notes, Paragraph is fully loaded on weekends, and the load rate equals to 40-50% on weekdays.
“We are in a much better situation now compared to the same period of 2020, because there was the second wave of COVID in Adjara and in fact, the hotel was closed. So, we do not make a comparison with the last year. As for 2019, we are almost on the same levels in terms of load and we are content with the results. We can receive up to 600 guests in total, however, we host an average of 200-300 guests per week. Therefore, the average workload is 40-50%, and on weekends we are fully loaded”, she said.
As for the geography of the tourists, according to Elene Sharikadze, most of the guests are Georgians, but there are also foreigners, including from Israel, Post-Soviet countries; Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
