Park Hotel, which owns hotels in Borjomi and Tskaltubo, must build a hotel complex with at least 30 rooms in Surami, specifically in Chumateleti, by February 2027, for which it must invest at least 3 million GEL, - accordig to a decree published on the government administration website.
As of the agency, in 2020, non-agricultural land plots and buildings located in Chumateleti, Surami Subdistrict, Khashuri Municipality was transferred to Park Hotel through a direct sale. The total area of the land is 119,031 sq m, for which the company paid 500,000 GEL.
“Park Hotel” was founded in 2014.The compay is managed by the hotel “Crowne Plaza Borjomi Resort & Spa” in Borjomi. The owner of 100% of the company’s shares is Marika Ugrekhelidze.
“Park Hotel” also owns 100% of the shares of “Tskaltubo Plaza” LLC, which was founded in 2013 and manages the hotel “Tskaltubo Plaza” in Tskaltubo, Imereti.
