As of August 31, 2026, the number of participants enrolled in Georgia’s pension scheme reached 1.769 million, according to the Pension Agency.
A total of 35,793 people have received funded pensions to date, with total pension payments reaching GEL 185.19 million.
By the end of August, the total assets of Georgia’s pension fund had approached GEL 10 billion.
The agency said cumulative net investment returns generated since the fund was established had exceeded GEL 2.9 billion.
