Georgian human resources management company Piplia began operating in 11 countries during its first year, completed more than 70 projects, and helped businesses hire over 500 employees, co-founder Mariam Demurishvili told the TV program Women’s Narrative.
Headquartered in Georgia, Piplia operates in several international markets, including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates. The company provides comprehensive HR outsourcing services, including recruitment, employee administration, payroll management, HR software implementation, training, organizational development, and employee motivation systems.
Demurishvili said the company helps businesses enter foreign markets by managing local recruitment and navigating different labor laws and regulations. Its outsourcing model is particularly beneficial for small and medium-sized businesses, allowing them to access a full HR department at a competitive cost, while larger companies can outsource specific HR functions.
Piplia also focuses on automating HR processes to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. Demurishvili attributed the company’s rapid growth to its professional team and said further international expansion remains a priority, encouraging Georgian businesses to seek opportunities beyond the relatively small domestic market.
