Planet Hollywood Resorts International is launching its first project in the Caucasus with the construction of Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino Tbilisi. The development, already underway in the city center, will be Georgia’s first fully integrated resort. The two-tower luxury complex will feature 1,200 rooms, including a 500-room Planet Hollywood hotel with a casino and a 600-room Radisson Blu property.
The resort will include a large-scale casino of up to 5,000 sq. m., a 4,000-seat entertainment and events venue, and over 6,500 sq. m. of retail space anchored by Harvey Nichols. Additional facilities will include international restaurants, nightlife venues, a rooftop lounge with panoramic views, a full-service spa, a fitness center, and multiple pools.
The project is being developed in partnership with Orbi Group, Block Group, and Iconic Entertainment. It is expected to create around 2,000 permanent jobs and significantly accelerate Tbilisi’s tourism-driven economic growth. Planet Hollywood founder Robert Earl says the goal is to blend high-end hospitality with the brand’s signature entertainment-focused style.
By uniting gaming, accommodation, entertainment, and retail under one roof, Planet Hollywood aims to position Tbilisi as a major year-round destination for international travelers. According to Block Group CEO Tornike Janashvili, the integrated resort will elevate the city’s global visibility and set a new regional standard for hospitality and entertainment.
