President’s Residence in Mestia is included in the Government’s Privatization List. The predicted cost of the object is 1 809 800 GEL. Total area of the object is 13 902 square m.
Privatization list includes objects located in Signagi with a supposed cost of 281 763 GEL (total area of 13 000 square m); Bakhmaro – predicted cost – 2 537 400 GEL (total area – 12 588 square m); Tbilisi, Gotua str. 14 – estimated cost 6 595 721 GEL (total area – 6 796 square m).
To remind, Mestia President Residency is remained without function within several years. It should be noted, that early in May, BM.GE wrote relying on Tinatin Chachanidze, deputy chairperson of National Agency of State Property, that Mestia President Residency is ready for privatization.
