According to Irakli Kverghelidze, general director of Orbi Group, Hotel HUB project will be implemented with an investment of USD 100 million in the center of Tbilisi, Aleksandre Kazbegi Ave.
According to him, the most expensive penthouses in Georgia will be arranged on the top floor of the multifunctional center, where the price per square meter will be USD 20,000. It is noted that leading designers will work on its creation using modern technologies and smart systems.
"USD 100 million is invested only in the infrastructure part, in the investment part it is an even larger amount.
In Towers, where the Radisson brand hotel will be presented, the most expensive penthouses in Tbilisi will be arranged on the top floor, which cost will be USD 20,000 per square meter, the total price of the penthouse will reach USD 8 million. Each penthouse will have at least 150-200 square meters of open space. Leading designers participate in its creation and it will be equipped with modern technologies and smart systems. The owners will benefit from all the services and infrastructure that a 5-star hotel will have," explained Irakli Kverghelidze.
