From October 2020 to October 2021, all types of motor fuel grew in price in Ukraine, according to the State Statistics Service.
In October 2021, the price of A-92 gasoline totaled UAH 29.97 ($1.15) per liter on average, which is 33.7% more than in October 2020. A-95 gasoline grew in price by 31.3%, to UAH 30.90 ($1.18) per liter on average. The price of diesel fuel amounted to UAH 29.40 ($1.12) per liter on average, which is 47.4% more than in October 2020, UKRINFORM reports.
Liquefied gas grew in price by 47.4% compared with October 2020, to UAH 18.25 ($0.70) per liter on average.
As reported by Ukrinform, in October 2021, consumer prices in Ukraine grew by 0.9% compared to September 2021, by 10.9% compared to October 2020, and by 8.5% compared to December 2020. In general, consumer inflation in January-October 2021 was 9.2% compared to the same period in 2020.
