Prime Minister of Armenia Departs for Kazan to Attend BRICS+ Summit

On October 24, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan departed for the Russian Federation on a one-day working visit.

At Kazan International Airport, the Prime Minister was greeted by the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.

In Kazan, Pashinyan will participate in the BRICS+ Summit.

Earlier, BMG reported that this is the first time the Armenian Prime Minister is participating in a BRICS Summit after Armenia submitted its application to join the organization. BRICS currently includes Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, as well as new members who joined the organization in 2024.
