A new residential area "House in Bazaleti" is being built in Sashaburo village near Tbilisi.
The founders of the company, Aleksandre Silagadze and Giorgi Sikharulidze, have already implemented a similar project near Bazaleti Lake, which turned out quite successful, that's why the partners decided to build a new residential neighborhood.
Speaking to BM.GE, the founder of the company, Aleksandre Silagadze, notes that 6 out of 10 houses in the new residential area have already been sold and the project is actively being implemented.
"We started the project with an initial capital of USD 100,000. The company builds low-budget houses near Tbilisi, which are in high demand. The implementation of the first project convinced us that there is a great demand for cozy, well-equipped private houses near the capital city of Tbilisi, and therefore we started the implementation of the second project.
The project includes houses with different areas, which come with a yard of 550 sq.m. The cost of a house for 60 square m starts from USD 45,000, while the cost of a house with 120 square m amounts to USD 60,000. The project includes setting up the road infrastructure, as well as communications and arrangement of the necessary space for the pool in the yard. The house is in a green frame condition and the buyer only has to carry out cosmetic repairs", explained Aleksandre Silagadze.
