Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze declares, that private companies will not be able to buy the COVID-19 vaccine through the COVAX platform.
"Private businesses will not be able to buy the vaccine through the COVAX platform, as it is a state negotiation and based on it, we can buy the vaccine at a rather low price. It also determines how many doses of the vaccine will be available to us.
This gives Georgia the advantage to get the vaccine as soon as possible, which will ensure the safety of our citizens," the health minister said.
