Company "Silk Development" plans to build "Silk Towers" project in Batumi this year, after the completion of "Mtsvane Kontskhi Botaniko".
As the company's business development director Giorgi Kapanadze said during his visit to the TV-program "Real Estate Prospect", the project provides the arrangement of 5 towers, a parking lot on the land area of 2 ha and a yacht club on the territory of 1 ha.
The total investment of the project is up to USD 300-350 million, and its implementation is possible in 5-7 years.
According to him, this object will also combine both a residential area, as well as a high-class hotel and casino.
"We want to arrange a multifunctional event hall or conference space for 2000 people, which will serve different types of events, a concert or exhibitions. The project is large-scale, it will last for about 5-7 years, although it depends on the current processes and economic factors in the country and in the world," said Kapanadze.
"Silk Development" has completed construction of the first residential apartment project "Botaniko", which is located 9 km away from Batumi. The company claims that 65% of the project is already sold.
